• Meditation of the Heart on Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-6.30pm with healing energy transfer & fire ceremony(Arathi). Fridays 9-9.45am with 21 Om singing & a song which awakens the divine within us (Suprabhatam).

• Dhuni Fire ceremony – Every first Sunday of the month and takes place in the morning (a holy fire ceremony, a blessing and transformation for the Earth and for every participant).

• LOVEsong - Farhi's weekly soundhealing video on You Tube. You can meditate with this song as often you like during the week, to support your body, mind & spirit in these changing times.
